Jim Conway’s Big Wheel is one of this country's best Blues bands, featuring our leading Blues harmonica-player, Jim Conway. Jim’s extensive career includes national tours with legendary American bluesman Brownie McGhee, The Captain Matchbox Whoopee Band, and The Backsliders.
Big Wheel boasts an absolute all-star line up of musicians who share Jim’s passion for Blues, Jump and Swing. This show will feature the return, for one night only, of Big Wheel founding member Arne Hanna on guitar and vocals, while the band’s regular guitarist, Jess Green, is busy looking after her brand new baby (a girl called ‘Frankie’). Big Wheel will be featuring songs from their new CD "Just So", which is proving a favourite on ABC radio and FM stations across Australia.http://www.bigwheel.com.au/
